REALLY good Chicken Francaise recipe
My husband made this last night, and he cannot cook anything that is not frozen and goes in the oven....
It was SO good.
We have tried other recipes before and they came out awful.
This really was good. He followed it exactly.

I like the way they were so specific about the steps! That's very helpful for beginning cooks! Looks yum!

Re: REALLY good Chicken Francaise recipe
I am going to try this. Thank you!
Silly question though...this part confuses me...
Turn the stove up to high heat, and drop the lemon slices into the stove. Wait for them to caramellize and take on a slightly gummy texture. 9 Pour in the 1/2 cup of white wine. I recommend Yellowtail Pinto Grigio because it's not too expensive, you can drink it with the meal, and the sweetness of it counteracts the sour of the lemon. Let the sauce reduce for 30 seconds to one minute.
Do i put it into the oil that I just fried the cutlets in?? Or do I put it in a seperate pan?
