Really strange AF - how do I count CD? TMI warning!
I've never had an AF like this b/f - starting yesterday at 4 I had some brown spotting - this is sometimes how AF starts but then turns to regular AF (usually right away or within an hour or two) - now for 24 hours plus this is all I have had - a little brown spotting yesterday and a little today. I want to start keeping track of CD this cycle - what is cycle day 1 - the first day this started, when AF starts for real? TIA!

When were you expecting AF? Are you just coming off BCP?

No. Never taken BC. I didn't get AF back after having DS until 10 mos pp (when I stopped BF) - I have had 7 AF's since then and my cycle has been getting progressively more normal since then - it started out at 24 days then got longer each cycle - last month my cycle was 28 days on the dot (which it was prior to DS for the most part 28-30 days) and yesterday was CD 28. Does this help?

Re: Really strange AF - how do I count CD? TMI warning!
Any chance you could be pg again?
If not I would say your body still may be adjusting. I wouldn't count it as CD1. Brown blood typically means "old" blood. CD1 should be the first day of "real flow". I would wait a few days longer and see if AF shows up.
Hope that helps.

Wouldnt this be too late in my cycle for implantation bleeding?

It would be the first full flow day.
