realtors (?) weird thing happened today

i get a call that someone wants to view my house at 1:30.

My realtor leaves me a message that this was a realtor saying he was at my open-house yesterday, however, there were no MALE realtors that came here.

(now my realtor is thinking... hmmm trying to get his way in on commission)

I come home to no realtor card (they leave their cards here so i know that they were in the house).

I call office, they say "they drove by, they didn't want to come in."

If they were at the open-house, why would they drive by and not come in? They know my neighborhood (i am close to railroad)
AND not call to tell the realtors office that they weren't coming?

i swear, people are weird. what is this about?

it was probably a realtor who came to your open house but didnt say he was a realtor. he walked thru your house thinking that he had a buyer in mind, went and told his buyer about the house but didnt mention the RR, he made the appt and when they show up the buyers realized theres a RR close by and dont like it and dont even want to bother going in.

alot of realtors will make an appt in the hopes they can sell the house and not the surroundings.

eta: if this IS the case, the REA is in the wrong because they have to disclose their status when they go into an open house being held by another licensed REA. but some are sneaky.
