How much do you want to spend?
I have to say my Vera Bradley has held up so far and now it's just fine with 2 under 2. It's so stuffable and has plenty of pockets inside and out. ONe of my FAv and best baby purchases yet. Well worth it.
I also bought a 10 dollar bag from BRU, It's a from Baby Sac. I have the small one, but I think the large was 20 bucks. That bag has tons of outside pockets and elastics on the inside.
HTH!!
PS: My most disappointing purchase-my skip hop Duo bag. I absolutely dislike this bag.

my my problem is i shop pnline and when it gets delivered it's not what i want. i also got the skip hop bag and returned it. now i have a caiden lane but it doesn't go on the stroller. so more money to return it. the other 3 bags i have also stink.
i think vera b is probably out ogf my price range. i want to spend $75 TOPS. i honestly don't even care if it's cute anymore, just functional. ( i actually liked the free bag that came from the dr. office with formula in it but it's too small and made poorly.)

Re: rec. an affordable + good diaper+stroller bag
For my jogger, i bought these stroller hooks so i could hang the diaper bag on it. The bar for a double stroller is way too big to strap a bag over-It's works so well and they were only a couple bucks. I got them at BRU.
Maybe you could try that so you could keep the diaper bag you really like without it having to go over the stroller?

I saw a nice one at BRU, it's a JJ Cole and fits nicely on the stroller. I think it was around $60.
Okay for some reason it won't post the entire pic of the bag. It's on the website though

Skip Hop now has a more affordable line at Target called Spark.... I thought it was really nice and functional for $30.

Re: rec. an affordable + good diaper+stroller bag
I was hesitant about spending the $$ on a Vera Bradley but I never leave home without it now- it ended up basically paying for itself with how much I use it!
Sunrise Mall-Mollys Hallmark on the first floor sells them for a decent price but they also have a section of retired patterns that are pretty cheap (prob. in your price range $50-80 maybe?-)
Amy Coe bags from Target are pretty nice too and some even look like normal purses (big though) so you don't have to change bags all the time (like $30-40)

We have this bag, and it's great! Separate compartments for big and small things, separate paci holder, and the hooks are detachable, so you can put it on your stroller or take it off and use the strap. We can easily fit diapers, cream, a change of clothes, sweater, and a couple of bottles in the bag.
The only down-side - no fully insulated compartment for keeping bottles cold.
