Recall - FP Learning Kitchen
I know alot of us have this one. Its being recalled for a choking hazard. You can call the number at the bottom of the link for a repair kit.

I just called and ordered the repair kit. I have to take it away from them now until the kit arrives in 3-5 weeks

The recall says the faucet or hands of the clock can detach and cause choking.
