Recaro Como Car Seat

Someone posted a great deal on this car seat yesterday and I am thinking about getting it, but was wondering if anyone has it and would be willing to share their thoughts on it..........pro's/con's

I have one and love it! DD is very comfortable in it and we have no complaints. I also like the fact that it has side impact protection.

I have the Como or Signo (can't remember) and love it. It has way more SIP then my Britax Roundabout. Its also way more constrictive because of all the padding but it has excellent safety ratings!
There was a recall regarding the seat this year so you should bake sure the one you’re ordering doesn’t fall into the recall.

we have it. Overall I really like it and would recommend it. Just a few things to know:

(1) it is very big and tall. We have it in the middle of the back seat in an SUV and it is a little awkward at first to get used to seeing the top of the seat when you look in the rear view mirror.

(2) One reason I really like it is because of the side impact protection. Overall I wouldn't trade that for the hassle I am going to list. Getting him into the seat is a little difficult because I have to kind of hoist him up and in to get around the sides. My son is a big boy but you get used to it. Again, the safety of the seat outweighs that hassle. One good thing is that when he falls asleep his head doesn't flop forward because he has the side walls to rest on.

Hello.... I am the one who posted the deal on this seat.... I ordered on friday & it is supposed to come tomorrow... This seat is going in my DHs truck. I will post a small review during the week if I can...

i have it and although it seems very safe and comfy, it is the biggest pain to install and to get DD in and out of and for that i hate it lol
