That's what I was going to suggest. If you're looking for something a little more casual Grimaldis Pizza is also on Franklin Ave. Bonus, Coldstone is right next door.

tonight is the belmont festival in GC . be prepared for it to be very crowded. and 7th street is going to be completely shut down i believe.
otherwise, i would eat at novita

we ended up trying grand luxe cafe, since DH is unadventurous when it comes to food (i scarred him during a trip to nYc to a raw food restaurant once)
i'll get to waterzooi one day!

I was going to say Grimaldi's or Novita. I love them both...but yes, grimaldis much more casual. I LOVE waterzooi but my DH doesnt so we never really go.
7th street cafe is also good.
