Reception Hall/Restaurants for private party

Hi ladies! A family member is looking for a reception hall or restaurant preferably in the nassau county area for a party for around 70-90 people. Their most important concerns are FOOD FOOD AND FOOD, lol. That it is plentiful and a lot of it! Nice view/ambiance is a plus and they are looking for an upscale place.

Any input would be GREATLY appreciated!!!! TIA Chat Icon Chat Icon

We had an anniversary party for my grandparents at the New Hyde Park Inn that I thought was really nice. I remember the food being really good, but it's a restaurant too, so they could totally go check it out for themselves.

Well, this is Suffolk but can't go wrong with the Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip. AMAZING decor, food is excellent and service terrific. Price is right too. I just noticed you said a bit upscale--don't be discouraged by the word "pub", the place is GORGEOUS.

We are having my sister's baby shower at Rocco's Catering in east rockaway-They gave us a great deal and the room is very nice. The BM is really nice to deal with as well.

Bridgeview yacht Club in Island park has a private room you can use - they usually do buffet, but the food is delicious

Definitely! We had our RD there...they recently remodeled it and it looks fantastic. Food is good too.
I also HIGHLY recommend Westbury Manor. The room upstairs would be perfect...Food is OUTSTANDING!!!!
