RECIPES FOR ONE PERSON??
DH works as a cook, and lately, has been working all the hours he would be home for dinner, and lunch, so he eats at the job....
I am at a loss as to what the hell to make for myself..I get sick of leftovers, and I can only eat so much canned soup and bagels...
HELP!

Make bigger things that are easilt freezable in smaller containers (then you'll have a choice!)- chili, stuffed peppers, lasagna, etc ....
