RECIPES FROM MEETING
here's some recipes that i got from my meeting
Pina Colada
1 packet of Vanilla smoothie
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/8 teaspon coconut extract
1/2 cup water and ice
2 POINTS
Cookie & Cream
1 packet of Vanilla smoothie
1/2 choc milk crunch bar in pieces
1 cup water and ice
3 POINTS
Peanut butter cup
1 packet of choc. smoothie
1 cup water and ice
1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
3 POINTS
Turtle Blizzard
1 packet of choc smoothie
1 caramel bar cut into 6 pieces
2 POINTS
ENJOY!!!!!

where do you get a packet of choc or vanilla smoothie? Is it weight watcher brand?
