Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
hmmm, if they are both made from whole grain I'd think they are equally as good.... I guess it depends how much soluble fiber is in each

Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
I'd go with the one that has more fiber. It will keep you full longer.
BTW- have you tried Ezekiel bread? It takes a little getting used so (very heavy), but I like it.

Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
There's no way I can get that info. Im "trying" to eat healthier and I purchased a sandwich from the company cafe. My only healthy choices are multigrain or whole wheat.

Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
i personally prefer multi-grain
to me, it has a little more "flavor" if you will, then whole wheat does

Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
Interesting article. I have never even thought that the multi-grain might not be made from whole grain.

Re: Recipes or diet? I dont know
Yay, I just bumped into the chef and he said the whole wheat has white flour listed in the ingredients, but the multigrain bread they use is packaged as a healthy alternative bread. I guess anything is better than white bread.
