Recommend a highlighter
Looking for something nice and dewey that gives a nice glow. Nothing sparkly.
Preferably not a powder as my skin is dry and i want something moist and dewey.
What do you use?

I love my The Balm Marylou Manizer but it is rather sparkly and a powder.
I don't highlight every time I do my makeup but when I go all out on makeup, I want a nice mega highlight and that one I mentioned gets the job done!
