Recommend a hotel near Hershey Park
last year we stayed at Country Inn and Suites, but looking for another place. Only staying for one night. I know everyone loves staying at the Hershey hotel, but it's a lot and we were fine with staying right outside. Country Inn was fine, but we passed so many hotels on the drive to Hershey Park so thought we'd try a little closer and see how it is.

I have stayed at all of these
Marriott Residence Inn Harrisburg Hershey. Has a nice indoor pool, as well as an outdoor pool, free breakfast, free evening appetizer type foods. About 10 minute drive to the park. Full kitchen in rooms.
Marriott Towne Place Suites Harrisburg is also nice, but the rooms are smaller. About 15 minutes from the park
Red Lion hotel (I think on Groupon) Used to be Holiday Inn...nice outside pool and playground area. 15 minutes to the park.
There is also the Suites at Hershey timeshare. 2 minutes away, it's GREAT. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, full kitchen, washer driver, indoor/outdoor pool. Look on ebay or the various timeshare rental places. You can see the roller coasters from the window. Across from outlets and near Red Robin. We love it there!

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Harrisburg. It was a short ride away. A small place but cute & clean.
