recommend family friendly condo
Looking for something good for families, 2 bedroom +, pool, good school district -anywhere in new York, long island preferred any ideas?

What is the price range for the unit and for taxes and common charges? If I get an idea of your budget, I can make some suggestions.

My sister moved into birchwood at spring lake in middle island. Loves it so far! She bought a 2 bedroom 2 full baths condo. It's beautiful! They also have single family homes and town homes in the place. The grounds are well kept. 9 hole golf course, tennis, playground, 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools and more. Her common charges are around 300. She bought her place for around 165k, but put about 15k into it. We also have friends that live in the single family homes, and theirs is so beautiful!!! Gl

Woodgate village. I have lived here for 10 years, but we have outgrown it, and are listing it. It's in Holbrook
