We use BM super white
This is what we used for our trim and built-in shelves. It's definitely a bright white, and it stands out against our gray walls.

Recommend your bright white trim color
BM Simply white is just that..Super white had a bluish tinge on my samples. Get samples and paint it on a piece of trim and check it out for yourself. It will vary depending on your location, light etc.
