My DD had the Baby Einstein Statonary Entertainer and LOVED it. She used it from about 4 months to 9 months and then we gave that to a friend and bought her the Bright Starts Bounce Bounce Baby Entertainer and she LOVES LOVES LOVES that too! I think as long as there are lots of colors, some music/sounds and things to play with, baby will love any of them!

Can I ask why? Other than keeping them safely contained and not screaming! What does your dr feel it helps with? Just curious. I wish more products had a Dr's opinion on what developmental goals it helps with... I think i'm asking for too much lol.

Probably b/c they want the OP's DC to not be flat on their back or side.
Helps round out the head a little bit

This is right. My son has a flat head and may need a helmet. Being in the exersaucer is good for him since it means less time on his back.

DS had a very flat head and our ped said to keep him in the exersaucer as much as possible!!! It has helped SOOO much!!! We have an evenflo one.
