Love this! So simple and elegant, and goes well with food. I've seen them called "Pointsettas" at various holiday parties I've been to.
I also made a cocktail last year with prosecco, pear nectar, and pomegranate juice that was similar and very good.
I usually try to make a festive drink that guests can serve themselves out of a punch bowl or pitcher.. versus something like martinis that often need to be individual made in a cocktail shaker. So I've done things like champagne punch, Winter Spiced Sangria...For this Thanksgiving I am trying a recipe for Spiced Apple Cider Sangria.
I think it's always fun and festive to have various cordials and liquors out for the holidays... Bailey's, amaretto, godiva liquor, etc.
Sometimes my family will make white russians over the holidays - milk or cream, kahlua, and vodka.
I've seen so many great ideas on Pinterest, too!
