recommend your steam mop
I've had the Bissell steam mop for almost 8 years & its finally on its last leg. I use the mop at least 3-4 times a week. We have all ceramic & hardwoods.

I just bought the Shark Lift-Away ProSteam Pocket Mop from BBB and used a 20% coupon.
I've used it once and really like it. I love that it has so many other features.

recommend your steam mop
Oreck Steam Mop. It has so many attachments and you can adjust the level of steam, using more steam on tile and less on hardwoods. You can also clean glass and countertops with it (though I haven't tried that)
