I am getting quotes now to have mine done asap - we just closed on our home and we can't move in until it is done as we need the whole first floor done. I will let you know who we go with and how the job went if you still need it.

I am using Duffy's. My parents and two friends used them. They are based out of Queens, but travel to Nassau and Suffolk.

I am getting two bedrooms done and they quoted me $650. My friend had her whole high ranch done and it was under $2k.

We used Atlantic Hardwood Flooring. Doug worked with us and we were very happy with the price and service.

thanks for posting - we just made hardwood floor discovery today in our new place and I was coming on to get recommendations....anyone else? and can you give me an idea of what the basic price per sq ft is for sanding and sealing?
