Recommendations for tile showrooms?

I might kill DH. And I'm going to tell you why. And I hope you are all on my jury at the time of my trial.

I think DH is having a midlife crisis of sorts. I came home from work one day and he had ripped out the flooring and closet in my bedroom and informed me that we were re-doing the bedroom. Well okay then. Not exactly what I had planned to add into my holiday chaos but okay. Well that has turned into "we may as well re-do the master bath before we re-do the floors!" Yes, makes total sense but I was not ready for that AT ALL. Now he gutted my bathroom and I have to go pick out tile UNDER PRESSURE.

Allow me to set the scene...I'm walking on plywood getting splinters daily. My clothes are in piles all over the place forcing me to IRON what I'm wearing every day. Shoes everywhere. And I'm using my kids bathroom.

Anyway, I finally have time tonight to go. Friends have recommended places but you have to make appointments to go and I really don't have time to work with other people's schedules. I just have to be able to go in at my convenience because, I don't believe I mentioned, my job has blown up and I am working like a complete animal at the moment.

We went to Floor and Decor. I just want to be able to go in, see tiles that have already been pre-coordinated and pick something out. I'm not against working with a designer but they have to be able to have walk-ins. Any suggestions for places that have a lot of that available?

We used Roma Tile at the recommendation of our contracgor- he works with them so we got a discount.
It's in Holbrook and I don't think there are other locations though

I have also gone to Cancos Tile- they have a very large selection

I like Wayne Tile. But on LI, tonight, maybe Porcelanosa?
