Recommendations for websites for photo backup storage...
I got a new computer and it has Vista. I just put in a CD of pictures and Vista won't open it.
I was hoping someone had a recommendation for an website where I can backup all of my old photo's that are on cd's.
There are alot out there but not sure which one I should use.
Thanks!

I like flickr. For $25 a year you get unlimited uploads and storage. You can then go back at any time and download the original image (size and all) that you uploaded.

I use Smugmug for sharing but I don't rely on any online sites for storage. Whatever you decide for online storage, make sure it's archiving your photos, not just making a mirror image of what is on your own hard drive. Many sites replicate what you have on your hard drive and if you delete it from there it will eventually (usually after 60 - 90 days) get deleted from your online site if it's just doing mirror images.

I love Flickr. It isn't my only photo backup but it is really a great site. I also backup all of my photos on disk and DVD.

i have them all saved on DVD too but for some reason my new computer (Vista) isn't recognizing the pictures on the DVD's (my old computer had XP).
I figured I better get them saved somewhere else....
