Recurrant m/c blood work
I thought that it might be helpful for other posters to see what exactly we were tested for...just in case they (god forbid) need to go for testing too.
My OB just did his recurrant m/c blood workup for me after my chemical (this was my 2nd loss in 6 months)...We didn't do "full testing" because he only does that after 3 misses & based on my history he strongly suspected that my pcos is the cause...this is what he tested me for:
-TSH - FSH/LH - DHEA & DHEA-S - Testosterone / Androgens - CBC (Complete Blood Count) - LFT (Liver Function Test) - C&S (I believe this is a thrombophilia screening) - 17-0 HP (no clue what this is) - Lipid profile - Fasting glucose
Anyone else?

Re: Recurrant m/c blood work
APA ANA Factor V Leiden MTHFR (thrombophilia panel)
To the OP your list is only for hormonal or genetic causes. Testing should also include karytyping for you and your DH which is a further type of genetic test.

Re: Recurrant m/c blood work
Thanks MAM & De!
Hi Melissa - My OB just did his recurrant m/c blood workup...We didn't do "full testing" yet because he only does that after 3 misses & based on my history he strongly suspected that my pcos is the cause...For now we're just trying a different dosage & combo of meds to regulate my pcos & see if that helps next time.

Re: Recurrant m/c blood work
I did a full RPL Panel from Millenova. I believe Melijane listed them all. But, the link below will explain the tests. At the time, I was going to a RE in Dallas (affiliated with SIRM or Sher INstitute) they drew the blood for me and I mailed it to Millenova in Chicago. I believe that most insurance will not cover it but it was totally worth it in my opinion! GOOD Luck!

Re: Recurrant m/c blood work
just b/c your doctor doesn't do the full panel until after 3 m/c's doesn't mean you shouldn't get them. Insist on it!!! Why should you have to possibly suffer through another m/c just to have a blood test.
