Red Lipstick with fair skin and blue eyes..what color shadow and liner?

Ok..so I used to wear red lipstick all the time back in highschool. I've noticed its back in style and I really like the way it looks with my fair skin. Thing is, I dont know what other colors to wear with it. Do you wear dark shadow and liner or something lighter?

Back in highschool I wore it with just mascara and it made my eyes stand out a little more (blue) but I have to go out this weekend and want to look a little more dressy. So blue eyes, fair skin, red lipstick..what colors do I wear on my eyes?

For every day, I would make the lips the main focus and do a very nude or neutral eyes.

For a more evening look, do a liquid eyeliner and mascara and still neutral or light grey shadow. I would just keep other colors on the face to the minimum!

Taupe/brown colors look best with my eyes (I am also fair with blue eyes) so that's what I stick with, something to define them a little more but the red lips are still the focus.

What red lipstick do you use? I used to wear a dark brick red, but my lips are small, it made them look smaller.
