Red spotting at 3w6d??
Is this normal? Should I be worried? I already had implantation spotting last week.
Please help!

hard to say. It could or couldnt be at this point. If it gets heavy or you have cramping then obviously its not good.
If it remains as spotting, it can be 100% normal and mean nothing.
Theres not much you can do this early. Its too soon even for a sono for a while yet for you....
A sac or yolk sac/fetal pole usually cannot be detected till at least 5 weeks and thats still REALLY early.
Have you tested again? If your PG tests are getting darker, I would feel secure in it just being spotting.

I tested Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and each day the line got darker. I haven't tested since Tuesday. I'm getting nervous.

Hang int here. Think positive and try to relax and stay off your feet and if its just spotting, its more then likely nothing.
I know its hard to not get scared, but you cant do anything about it but try to relax.

Thanks for asking.
I was doing some research on the internet last night and my spotting is really more like pink staining, which I'm hoping is not as serious. I had some light brown mixed with CM early this morning, but nothing ever reached my pantiliner and I haven't had anything since 6:30am. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me back, but I'm working from home and have no car today so I don't know how I'll get to the doctor.

I just spoke to the nurse and she said that it's nothing to worry about. If it turns bright red then I should worry, but light pink or brown discharge is normal.

Brown is old blood. Pink is also normal and I had it up until around the 8 week mark. Red would cause me to wrroy, but it doesnt sound like anything is wrong! Keep us updated!
