redmeat
i havent eaten meat other than chicken/fish in about 8 years.
I want to slowly start eating redmeat again in hopes up uping up iron intake in addition to the iron pills.
I dont want to eat it all the time, but occasionally. I'm concerned since I havent had it in so long I'm afraid my stomach will go nuts after, so how do I slowly start adding it in?
Start with a hamburger something?

Re: redmeat
Maybe you can start eating a 50/50 mixture. When I make chili, tacos, stuffed peppers or meatballs I will often use ground turkey INSTEAD of ground beef. Maybe you can start making these type of things with half beef and half ground poultry just to get acclimated again.
Good luck!

Re: redmeat
I would start witha REALLY lean hamberg like 93/7 or 90/10 and just eat that with some condiments. Try a little at a time, but I have found that the leaner the meat the better my stomach feels.
