I think your age is important. Would you be able to pay off 30 yr mortgage before retirement?
Probably better to try to ut your expenses or get more income if you are short every month.

I would not roll credit card debt into a mortgage otherwise you are paying interest on top of interest. If you are already at 20 years I would look into either a 15 or 25 year mortgage if necessary. I know Wells Fargo has 25 year mortgages, and I would also look at TFCU. I would still look into refinancing, but I would never add cc debt to a mortgage because although it would "wipe " the debt you will still have it and then you could be tempted to spend up your cc's again leaving you in a much worse position than you are currently in.
