Refusing to eat???
So my championship eater has been fussing and turning away from the bottle tonight.
He only had 3 bottles and usually has 5.
Is this a teething thing? Loss of appetite?
He would get the nipple in his mouth and chomp on it for a second then turn away.

Re: Refusing to eat???
I believe it's definitely a sign of teething.
Good luck!!

Re: Refusing to eat???
Sounds like teething. Don't get too frustrated. It's just the first of many times he won't want to eat in his life. I decided early on that I would just go with what "they" say, "They'll eat when they're hungry." And she's fine. I've been through many hunger strikes at this point. I'd just keep an eye on his gums or see if he's pulling at his ears. Maybe monirot his temp. too just incase he's coming down with something. But, my first guess is teething

He's been yanking on his right ear all night.
No temp though.

Christopher does this too when his gums hurt him, but he is a crappy eater
Feel around in his mouth too and see if you feel anything

Re: Refusing to eat???
Rub gently behind his ear lobe to massage the fluid.
He may be getting congested (which could also be from teething)

He's sleeping now. I'll try that tomorrow.
Poor little guy.
