Regular Vicks ad 18 month old
I have always put it at the bottom of her feet but us she old enough for me to rub it on her chest? she has a such a bad cough

i have the vick's baby rub and it says 3 mths+
If it doesn't say, I can't see a little on the chest hurting DC.
