relief for terrible headache? Any ideas?
I just got home with a wicked headache.. i do get migraines, and it feels like a pretty bad one brewing.. what can I do/take? anything? I need relief!!!

You can take Tylenol Regular or Extra Strength. I hope it goes away soon!

I have taken tylenol for headaches throughout the pregnancy.

Hi I get migraines too and I have been getting headaches daily--I usually lay with a ice pack in the dark, take two extra strength tylenols and if it is real bad-i get a cup of regular coffee-My doc told me to do that and it works-even a can of coke may help!!! I cant stand the headaches, hope this doesnt last all pregnancy!!!

Thanks girls.. Im feeling a bit better.. took a nap and drank lots of water.. maybe i was dehydrated? We were out all day.. so could be.

I also found a little bit of caffeine usually seems to help. Feel better!

I had a bad few weeks of headaches in the first trimester and I took tylenol, caffeine drinks, and lots of naps. HTH!

Take some Tylenol with a big glass of water. Then lay down with an ice pack for a little bit. If that doesn't help, try a cup of coffee or soda.
