Reminder - Brookhaven Star tax deadline is March 1st...
Just a friendly reminder..it crept up on us, and we just printed out the form to apply for the property tax rebate.

I live in Babylon, and you only have to apply every year for enhanced STAR.

No, you don't have to apply each year.
Basic Star is for all homeowners
Advanced Star is for those retired and over a certain age, military benefits, etc
