removing a skin tag?
DS was born with a fairly large skin tag on his ear. The ped said we can have it removed any time. Does anyone have any experience in doing this? I hate to put him through any more trauma (after the circ!) but on the other hand, its better to do it now while he is really young and can't remember, right?

I had one removed under my arm years ago, and it didn't hurt one bit.

I had one removed from the back of my neck before my wedding. It hurt for a second. Not bad at all.

it bleeds, that's all...
I got a lot of tiny skin tags while pregnant (wierd, becuase I never got one prior to then)... becuase they were small, I just pulled most of them off myself 
doesn't hurt one bit.... so I think the only trauma will be seeing the Dr. and having him 'do something' to him... not pain or healing
