Rent the Runway
Any reviews? decided to give it a try for a Fri wedding. I have a back up dress if need be.
Update. Very happy with the dress. Both sizes fit well just trying to figure out which one to wear.

Re: Rent the Runway
Here's my experience. They suck. I ordered a dress in May for a wedding in August. They let me know on Thursday at 4 p.m. that I could not get my dress. And that if I found a new one by 5 they could possibly get it to me in time. No thanks. Got a full refund and bought a new dress. Won't use them.again.
I know I'm the minority but wanted to give another case

Rent the Runway
I was going to use them but saw if there is major damage to the dress( you don't know what could happen) then you pay retail price. Even though the rental is lets say $60,retail is $600!!

Yes for $5 but if you read the fine print lol it says thats like a stain. More major stuff you pay. I would be a nervous wreck wearing it

Yeah I saw that but I figured, other than a stain or a small rip, what else could really happen while wearing a dress for a few hours. I mean short of setting it on fire, or ripping it in half off your body, kwim? What are the chances of that?

Lol i will say when I rented the side of my dress was rouched. When i went to zipper it it wouldnt zipper. It got stuck. I was a nervous wreck. I emailed a pic of what happened and they overnighted me another dress. No extra charge. But im sure their are horror stories. No company is perfect.

Yes I would be sure to document anything that seems off with the dress before wearing it...so they can't blame you for breaking a zipper, etc

Re: Rent the Runway
I've used them twice - first time the 2 sizes they sent me were unwearable, the dress was cut sooooo small. But they refunded me since I couldn't wear anything. The second time the dresses were perfect and way nicer than I expected. Definitely worth a try!

Rent the Runway
I've probably rented 20+ times and only 1 time the dress didn't work. I've never had an issue with the condition of the dress and am never worried about ruining it.
