Rental area at the park or beach ??
Has anyone ever rented one of those bbq areas at the park/beach ?? Like the mushrooms at Lido Beach, etc.
I'm looking for a place with a shelter area in case it rains....and a lot of space around for us to play softball, etc.
Names of parks, towns...anything would help !
TIA for your help !

My former company rented the mushrooms for a company picnic. Had a great time. We walked down to the baeball field too and played games.

I didn't realize there was a baseball field there ! Thanks, i'll definitely put it on the list !
I'm still curious about Wantagh park too since its not far from us....anyone been there ?

DH's company used to have picnics at Belmont Lake State Park.
They have covered pavillons which came in handy when it poured!

We rented one for my son's first Bday last year, it was about $265 for the day...
