Rental Help Suffolk

We are looking for a nice rental community in Suffolk County.

We need 2 bedrooms and a place to accept "larger" dogs.

We are going this weekend to look at Avalon Pines, Fairfield Farmingville, Southern Meadows in Bayport.

Any other suggestions would be great.

THANKS!

Re: Rental Help Suffolk

how big are your dogs? usually apartment complexes will only take dogs up to 30 lbs.
You might be better off finding a private townhouse or condo rental from an individual owner/broker.

If you want a new place check out Broadway Knolls in Holbrook. Big dogs okay.. I seen a few big dogs here.

Pass on Southern Meadows. I lived there until I found out my next door neighbor was a registered sex offender.

In all fairness he is not there anymore though and has not been for at least 1-2 years...you didn't mention that.
There isn't a registered sex offender in allof Bayport...one in Bluepoint is the closest...

Re: Rental Help Suffolk

I would stay away from Fairfield In Farmingville. If you do a search, you'll see why. The management is horrible there and Fairfield as a whole is a horrible company to deal with. Seriously..stay far far away.

We are currently in West Babylon. So moving to MI is like moving to a new state! haha. I don't know anything out there! Recommendations for good places to go to are always appreciated!!!

Re: Rental Help Suffolk

The Longwood library is right on RT25, they have awesome kids programs

There is a good deli called five brothers in the rite aid shopping center.

There is good pizza/italian called Alfredos on RT25 just west of the William Floyd

I do most of my shopping in Riverhead or Rocky Point both have nice big shopping centers.

When its gets closer to your move FM me & I'll give you more ideas.
