Where can you find them? Is there a website other than Mlsli? We're looking western suffolk.

I don't know if there is a website, but you could always just drive around. I'm sure there are tons of places in strip malls that are open.

If not,I don't know if Islandia is too east for you, but the complex where I work has some small office spaces. FM me for details if Islandia isn't too far for you.

Thank you but Islandia is a little far. It's not for retail. It's for DH he does mortgages. Driving around is actually what I suggested to him.

there are so many small offices suites available. i would suggest determining his ideal area then driving around and calling signs for vacancies.
