Repost from Infertility...new here
Hi everyone....Former LIW bride here looking for some answers...or support....maybe not sure what i am looking for...DH had a Semen analysis done t his week....results weren't too good...his count is low---12 million....all else was normal. Dr recommended he see a urologist....So my question is anyone have a urologist (specializing in this) to recommend? Anyone have any encouraging stories of conceiving with a sperm count this low???? What is the urologist going to say? What are our options??? SHould we even continue trying naturally?? I am just so sad at the idea that we may never have a baby. :( THanks for listening and thanks in advance for any advice.

There are many things you can do to raise sperm count holistically. I have heard good things about Fertility blend for Men(vitamins) and accupuncture. I also recommend the book The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis. GL!

Re: Repost from Infertility...new here
12 million is not a horrible count considering that motility and morphology are good. Did your DH have a fever anytime before he took the test? This can lower count and affect test results. Also, 2 SAs should be done to see if there is really a problem because counts vary. Vitamins may help. Vitamin C is very good for the count and vitamins like FertilityBlend are good too. Good Luck!
Don't worry....if the counts are consistent at 12 million I believe you guys are candidates for IUI which is relatively cheap and painless from what I understand.
