My DH & I went to closing last night to refinance my house to finish financing the renovations that we are going to be doing as well as paying off some credit cards. I have owned the house for 14 years with no mortgage and am now in debt for the next 30 years!!!!!!!!!  The only thing I keep thinking about is the end result after the extension is done & I have my new house!!!
