Repost from Multiples but need lots of advice!
If all goes well today by little angels are coming home tomorrow. Today my little man is getting his circumcision and they both are going to try to pass their "car seat challenge." This is when they put them in their car seats for an hour and see if they can tolerate it. If the outcome is good all around they will both come home TOMORROW! Ah! I am so, so, excited but I am nervous at the same time because they are coming home with oxygen. We will get nursing service from 8pm-8am, which is fantastic! After being in the hospital for so long I just get nervous taking them home. Any suggestions on how to make sure i am really prepared? ANy tips? Thanks everyone for all your support and well wishes since the beginning.

CONGRATS!! my sil was in the same postition as you..all i can say is get rest..LOL..you have 2. that is wonderful that you have a nurse..but i guess i can say..like having any baby come home..diapers, food, and lots of love and patience.. ...i know it must be so exciting for them to come home finally..CONGRATS AGAIN!

1st i want to say congrats to you and your family. You will be so ready trust me. I felt the same way when Reese was having her turning blue episodes in the NICU and came home on a moniter. The hospital would not be sending them home if they thought you or the babies weren't ready. Also you will have a nurse..awesome! She will help you with any questions or concerns you have. Think of it this way for the last 3 months you had someone teaching you what to do with twin babies. How to bathe them, change them and feed them all tought to you by Registered nurses...who could of asked for better teachers. Also, you will have a nurse from the state coming by to check on you and the babies. You will have tremendous support.. So this is what you have been waiting for and you will be the best mommy you can be so enjoy the ride.   to you and your family.. So happy everything worked out for you.
