Repost: Temping and Vacation
I recently went on vacation in a hot climate for a couple of days and my temps were way off. Is this normal?

It sounds reasonable...did you change time zones? Did you drink alcohol? These affect the temps as well...

I think I read somewhere that travelling (even when it is a vacation) is considered stress. And stress could alter your temps.

I was only an hour difference in time. However, it is pretty hot there also the room had very cold AC and I don't have my AC on at home as yet. The thing is I got a positive on my opks for two days straight and my temps should have gone up when I was there instead they went down then went up. Oh well, i'll just have to play it out and see, I know I ovulated my temps are high now but no ovulation is detected on FF. Sorry for blabbering. Oh, no I didn't drink alcohol.

Maybe this is it. you would think a vacation would alleviate stress..lol.
