Repost...Any apartment complexes in Northport, East Northport?
we are 99% sure we're moving into one in Commack
Just wanted to make sure i wasnt missing any more complexes to look at

The only apts that I know of are some attached to stores on Larkfield... you so do NOT want to live in them   (They seem a bit scarey) or ones above stores on Main Street in Northport.

There are garden apartments on main street in northport and they are nice. But hard to get in. The rent is at lest $1200, last time I inquired.

last I knew the apartment on Larkfield are mostly section-8 housing (across from Friendlys)
But down the road closer to the train station/tracks, the apartments are much better. Most of the buildings are owned by a slum landlord lawyer.
