"Rescue Remedy"
Has anyone tried this? From what I hear, its supposed to be a homeopathic anti-anxiety medicine. A friend of mine swears by it, but I was curious if anyone else has heard of this. Supposedly you can give it to cats and dogs too to calm them down.

yep. my Mom gives it to her dogs to calm them down, but I also know a woman who uses it and she uses it to calm down her son who has autism. It's supposed to really help.

Yes, Bach Flower Essences Rescue Remedy, it's fantastic...I use the Sleep one to relax me @ night.
Highly recommend it.
I get mine @ my local health food store.
