resources you use to for LI kids activities (besides LIF)
What websites, magazines or resources do you use to find out what is going on in Long Island or the City for kids? Besides the usual zoo, aquarium, farm kinds of things. Last summer I saw the circus was at Eisenhower park. The only reason I knew was because I drive through the park all the time.
I want to start planning things in advance w/ DS before the events sell out. TIA.

I love mommypoppins.com. It's better for the city but it also has an LI tab.
Also try nymetroparents.com and gocitykids.com.
