restaurant help in Blue Point Area
Hi -
I want to take my friends out tomorrow night for her 35th b-day. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in the Blue Point/Holbrook area. We are looking for a place that kinda serves a little bit of everything (steak, chicken etc.). Thanks so much

I cna't remember the name of it - but it is on Montauk Highway - just east of Nicolls. Before the King Kullen shopping center
Or Sonoma Grill on Sunrise Highway.

If you want to travel just a little bit down the road, Patchogue has some good restaurants. Manga Manga has great Italian food and Bobbique has great barbeque and beer. Later at night that have a blues band.
Sonoma Grill on Sunrise is good too.

I have been to both Blue and The Bayport House. Both are pretty good.
Cafe Joel on Main Street in Sayville is good too.

I hear Sage Cafe is great. We live in BP and still haven't had dinner there yet.
I believe Blue is kinda fancy and expensive, but I am sure delicious. We have also been to Cavanaugh's, a bar type burger/wings restaurant, but very yummy.

I live in Bayport, the Bayport House is awesome!!! It's right on Bayport Ave. south right off of Montauk Hwy.
