We went to Blackwells in Wading River a few weeks ago and we loved it there.

If you are in the mood for Italian, I highly recommend Bellisimo on Merrick Rd. in Amityville.
I went there recently with my family and it was very quiet, the food was delish and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly.

21 Main in West Sayville is great too, it's a steak house.
