Restaurant reccomendations - Anniversary

DH and I are looking for a good restaurant reccomendation for our anniversary dinner this year...

Something with good food and "reasonable" prices...we don't really want anything too fancy (I can get DH into khakis and a polo or button down, but not much more that that)

We're looking for anything from Sayville to East Moriches on the South Shore, St. James to Jamesport on the North Shore or anything in between...

Any reccomendations???

This is a little further than you wanted but there was a place called The Gatsby off Main Street in Islip....I think its called Nico's now. The ambiance is so lovely and the food is really great. Thats where we went for our anniversary.

If you like Italian there's a great restaurant in Great River called Tedesco's. It was a house that was converted into a restaurant....very homey feel and the food is awesome!!!!

Mama Lombardi's in Holbrook has awesome Italian food, and it's not too fancy.

Try Puglia of Little Italy - East Meadow. I just went to a party there and it was great!!
