restaurant suggestions for prime rib
For some reason I'm at a loss...where do you go for good prime rib on LI?
Need a place to take my dad out and he has requested good prime rib. He nixed J&R's since he goes there all the time normally.
Anywhere in Nassau and western Suffolk would work...

best prime rib was at the spare rib. i think the commack location is still around.

thanks for the suggestions. i think with Houston's, when I've gone in the past, they don't always have it---i guess it sells out often?
Spare Rib has been hit or miss for us. I think they were pretty good at Charlie Brown's but they closed their locations in LI.
DH was racking his brain trying to think up places too... sigh.
