Restaurant Suggestions Near the Gershwin Theater
Need your help ladies - DH is taking me to see Wicked tomorrow for my birthday!  I was hoping for some suggestions for you guys - more than likely, we are not going to go to dinner ahead of time, but looking to go somewhere after - so I need a place where we can get dinner or a snack after 10:30 or so...

I love Teatro Dopo Teatro.. Here is the website www.dopoteatro.com
Also there is Cafe Fiorello's on 66 and Broadway.
We know the owners at Pig and Whistle...It is an Irish pub we like it there too.

all but the Palm are reasonable, but at the Palm you can sit at the bar tables and order these fabulous chips and cajun lollipops (baby lamb chops)..I love them!!!
Sosa Borella may suit you. It's literally right around the corner. It's mediterranean continental. Very reasonable.
Social is more trendy and has a bar kind of menu..good menu though.
Thalia is Italian continental...a little she she..

There's also Harmony View right on 50th and b'way. It's an Irish joint that's really nice and big. High ceilings and a big bar. Good food, but nothing fancy.
If you go, find the owner Emmet and tell him Susan says hi. He may buy you a drink!
Have fun at the show.

Wicked was amazing- I would love to go again. Right up there with Phantom for me (Phantom is my favorite ever and I think Wicked now has it beat.)
As DH said above, we ate at Tony's Dinapoli, which is about 6 blocks away.
The Palm is right across the street. We would have gone there except the menu was a little too limited for my SIL who is a picky eater.
You should check their websites for prices and menu items.
Enjoy- you will love it- post to let us know what you thought!

I don't have any restaurant suggestions, but enjoy the show! I saw it when it first opened and it was AWESOME!! I took DS one day to try to get in on the ticket lottery, but we didn't get the tickets.
