Restaurants near Islip
Just moved to the area, and wondering if there are any good restaurants near islip/east islip/ oakdale area. DH and I are looking to go out tonight

Try Tellers in Islip. It's a beautiful steakhouse on Main Street (27 A) and is a converted bank from the 1920s. Very charming and great food!

Mannino's is great (Oakdale).
I also like a lot of the restaurants in Sayville - Cafe Joelle, La Tavola and 21 Main are all good choices. Crickets and Sayville Inn are good for more of a budget. I like O'Reilly's (Oakdale) for pub fare.
