What kind of catering are you looking for? High End? Deli? Pizza?
If you want something 'fancier' - West Lake Inn (Patchogue) does off premises catering for the Lovin' Oven families. They are pricey though.
Sal's Pizzeria on Main in Sayville does some really great catering as well. They are also willing to help by creating things that are not on the menu.
The deli on the corner or Lakeland and.. I think it is Tariff (right across from Empire gas) makes really good food and has a catering menu.
Most restaurants can accomodate some level of off premises catering if you ask!

i will give them a call...thanks! It is for DS's 1st b-day. I was looking to do stuff like penne a la vodka and chicken francaise with some other hot dishes and than maybe a hero also. They cater hot dishes like that?
