I heard nice things about Gurneys in Montauk but I haven't been there so I can't say personally how good it is.
I've been to a wedding at Giorgio's in Riverheard/Baiting Hollow which was nice..it was a huge wedding but you can always call to see if they have a small room.

seasons catering in southampton -- nice venue, pretty outside space -- you would get the entire space.
